Cultivating Strength, Nurturing Recovery

wildflower 2.jpg

If you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or isolation, or if you're ready to explore past wounds and find healing, I'm here to support you.

Together, we'll gently explore the roots of your struggles and find ways to nurture your growth, helping you feel more at peace and connected with yourself.

"You Don’t Have to Walk

This Path Alone."

Working with me looks like:

Person-Centered

I am here to help you discover your inner strengths, gain new insights, and develop the skills needed to overcome life's challenges. I provide a judgment-free space dedicated to your personal growth.

Solution-Focused

Let's envision the future version of yourself—the person you aspire to be each morning. Together, we'll establish achievable, positive goals that focus on solutions rather than just the problems.

Compassion-Driven

Embarking on a journey to confront fears of judgment, uncertainty, or the worry of enduring suffering can be daunting. I offer a warm, collaborative environment where you can feel safe, even if you're feeling nervous or unsure. Together, we'll navigate these challenges at your own pace, honoring your unique path toward healing.

Hi, I'm Kirsty.

I am an Accredited Social Worker, Counsellor, and Psychotherapist passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. I specialise in trauma-informed approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities that help clients process and move beyond the barriers that have been holding them back.

I love working with individuals who are truly ready to engage in the therapeutic process—to explore, heal, and create meaningful, lasting change.

With me, you’ll find a compassionate, holistic, and client-centred approach to therapy. I take a warm yet direct stance, working collaboratively to help you uncover your inner strengths, develop new skills, and navigate life’s biggest challenges.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey to healing.
