Domestic Violence Support

We provide a safe and supportive space for those who have experienced or are experiencing domestic or family violence. Whether you are considering leaving, have recently left, or are navigating life after abuse, you don’t have to do it alone.

We understand the complex layers of trauma, fear, grief, and rebuilding that come with these experiences. Our support is non-judgemental, confidential, and grounded in compassion. We walk beside you at your pace, offering practical strategies, emotional support, and a deep understanding of the healing process.

You deserve to feel safe, heard, and empowered. We're here to help you reconnect with your strength and move forward with hope.
Creating Safety and Stability
Healing begins with safety. This includes your physical, emotional, and psychological safety. I offer a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace and in your own time. There is no pressure to explain or justify. Just space to be heard and supported.

Together, we focus on managing the impacts of trauma, such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or numbness, by building practical tools for grounding, nervous system regulation, and emotional care. We also work toward external stability. This may involve establishing routines, setting boundaries, accessing parenting support, or navigating services such as Centrelink, housing, or the NDIS. Every step is guided by what you need most right now, helping you feel safer, more supported, and in control of your life again.

Rebuilding Self-Worth and Confidence

Abuse can leave lasting wounds, undermining your confidence, your sense of identity, and your ability to trust yourself. But these parts of you are not lost. They are just buried under survival. Together, we gently help them move forward again.

This process involves acknowledging that the abuse was never your fault and that your responses were human reactions to unsafe situations. Through compassionate, strength-based support, we begin to rebuild self-esteem, nurture self-compassion, and reconnect with who you are beneath the trauma. You are more than what you’ve been through. Healing creates space to rediscover your voice, your values, and a future that feels safe, steady, and truly yours.
